É este domingo que se celebra a 98ª edição dos Óscares. Após a vitória de Anora no ano passado, a Academia prepara-se para premiar o melhor do cinema numa noite que não vais querer perder.
Sinners e One Battle after Another são os grandes favoritos
Com 16 e 13 nomeações respetivamente, Sinners e One Battle After Another são os favoritos a Melhor Filme. Mas apesar do filme de Ryan Coogler ter o maior número de nomeações, é a obra de Paul Thomas Anderson que surge como o franco favorito nos Óscares após vencer Melhor Filme no Sindicato de Produtores (PGA), BAFTA, Critic’s Choice, Globo de Ouro, entre outros precursores.
O Brasil novamente em destaque à espera de fazer história
Depois do triunfo de Ainda Estou Aqui, o Brasil está de volta para o bis com O Agente Secreto, de Kléber Mendonça Filho, a disputar categorias como Melhor Filme, Melhor Filme Internacional e ainda, Melhor Ator para Wagner Moura (da série Narcos).
O filme brasileiro está ainda a competir numa das categorias mais aguardadas da noite: a inaugural Melhor Casting, a primeira vez que a Academia introduz uma nova categoria desde a cerimónia de 2002 (Melhor Filme de Animação).
